Join us for an introduction to NY City Food Inspections

  • In partnership with the NYS Department of Agriculture and Markets, come and learn about Article 20-C (20C License)
  • Field inspector(s) will be on site to teach what to expect during an inspection.
  • Brief overview of Article 81 and other DOHMH rules and regulations for H25 License producers.

You will receive:

  • Copies of the Article 20-C and Article 81 Food Safety Manual.
  • Kitchen Nation’s Food Safety Storage and Label Procedures.
  • Copies of the Cold Storage Chart Guidelines.
