  • Learn to read and fully execute baking recipes plus learn the science behind it.
  • Intro to first class semi-automation (how to use Unifiller, Revent, 80qt. Mixers Etc.)

Materials:

  • Bring your award winning worthy recipes and learn how convert them properly for large scale production.
